Katrina

Coordinator

Keeping everything and everyone organized and happy in a fast paced salon can be very tiring. With the contagious smile our Salon Coordinator Katrina carries, she gets the job done and enjoys doing so. She has a trend setting style and is very cordial to everyone she encounters. Whether you have a question about a product, need to schedule your next appointment or simply need a beverage, Katrina will be there to take care of you.

Very impressed with the quality of the spray tan I had done. The staff is great and the environment is as well.

Shelly is the best! Always fabulous color and cuts. Listens to you and makes great suggestions. People always ask about my fun color and where I get it done!

Judy

I have had Addie cut and color my hair for 5 years. I could not be happier with her skills as a stylist. I have recommended her to all my friends and will continue to do so. She is a delight and I am not sure what I would do if I ever moved!

Kari Turkowski

Every time I come see Addie I am so excited cause I know that I can walk in looking one way and leaving completely different. I love to change my look drastically and often and she does that! I also love all the staff and how fun and friendly they are! Concrete Image rocks!

Jess

I've been going to Concrete Image for years. I get a simple cut and style when I'm there. I'm not their biggest client by any means, but I always feel like I get good service from Shelly and her staff. I have the feeling these people do TREMENDOUS work for women with elaborate styling needs. But even for a guy like me who just needs that quick haircut I feel well taken care of.... and the warm towel treatment after she's done is WONDERFUL!

I have been a customer at Concrete Image for 15 years and Im pretty it will be many more. My hair has always been a priority for me and one of the things I feel is worth spending money on. When I got married, 28 years ago, I told my husband he could never complain about how much I spend on my hair. I tell everyone it is in our "marriage contract". Concrete Image has never disappointed me. I feel the services I receive have been reasonably priced and worth every penny. Their product line is excellent and the staff is friendly and fun. People always compliment me on my hair cuts and color and I recommend Concrete Image to everyone I know.

Jane Torgeson

I have been a customer at Concrete Image for 4 years. They always do a fabulous job and I get compliments on my hair all the time. Addie and Shelly have done my hair and they are both professional and very friendly. I enjoy coming to Concrete Image and would recommend them to everyone.

Melissa Tenvoorde

"I love your hair", "Where do you get it styled?" I hear that all the time. I respond "Concrete Image". "Wow it looks great! How long have you been going to Concrete Image?" "Shelly has been my stylist for over 14 years!". Sometimes loyalty does pay off. Its hard to leave something you love. That''s why I''ve been going to Concrete Image for so long. The cuts are always great, the colors are amazing, and the salon conversation is always fun. I usually leave my color and cut decisions up to Shelly. She will be candid if something needs to change. I welcome the honesty. I consider myself a walking billboard for Concrete Image. I hope Shelly doesn't mind!

Jennifer Mix

I have been coming to this place for about 6 years now and I don''t trust anyone else with my hair. I drive all the way from Minneapolis for their reliable and satisfactory service.

Evan

I was referred to Concrete Image by my SIL 6+ years ago and haven''t been elsewhere since. I have friends who are stylists that always compliment my color and cuts by Shelly. She ''here I leave it to Shelly to do her magic. I am never disappointed.

I have been coming to Concrete Image for over 7 years. It is one of the constant relationships I have had! Certainly have never had a stylist for so long! I love when my appointments are coming up and always leave so pleased with the result!

Stacey Kloek

I have been a client of Shelly''s for 10 years. I have always appreciated her professional advice on colors, styles, and products specific to my hair. I enjoy the personal attention I receive and the relationships I have made. Its a great salon, with talented professional staff and services.

I am sold! My daughter has beautiful curls, but every salon she has not been able to give her a proper cut and style.
