I've been going to Concrete Image for years. I get a simple cut and style when I'm there. I'm not their biggest client by any means, but I always feel like I get good service from Shelly and her staff. I have the feeling these people do TREMENDOUS work for women with elaborate styling needs. But even for a guy like me who just needs that quick haircut I feel well taken care of.... and the warm towel treatment after she's done is WONDERFUL!

I have been a customer at Concrete Image for 15 years and Im pretty it will be many more. My hair has always been a priority for me and one of the things I feel is worth spending money on. When I got married, 28 years ago, I told my husband he could never complain about how much I spend on my hair. I tell everyone it is in our "marriage contract". Concrete Image has never disappointed me. I feel the services I receive have been reasonably priced and worth every penny. Their product line is excellent and the staff is friendly and fun.
